Biography

Xiaoxia Huang, PhD, Professor of Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She is the Deputy Director of the Center for Real-Time Monitoring and Communications Technologies (RTT). Her research interests include cognitive radio networks, energy harvesting, wireless sensor networks and wireless communications. Xiaoxia Huang received the B.E. and M.E. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, in 2000 and 2002, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Florida in 2007.
She has published over 40 papers on wireless networks and communications. She is an Editor of IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology. She has served as the TPC Member of IEEE INFOCOM 2012-17、IEEE WCNC 2011-15、ICC 2011-15、IEEE Globecom2011-16、WASA 2013, 2015-16, QShine 2010、PIMRC、EUC 2010-11. She has also served as a reviewer for IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems, IEEE Transactions on Communications, IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, ACM Wireless Networks. Her research is supported by NSFC projects, 863 major project, National Major Science and Technology project, Guangdong Province Major Science and Technology project and Shenzhen Public projects.
